          Today is the day we will have new members entering Pecinta Alam. Last night we are still debating who we will choose to be the successor or can be called a new member in our extracurricular.

Last night

          "Ting, ting, ting" the notification covered the wallpaper and filled my mobile screen. "OMG! what happened? why so noisy?" I was grumbling while eating my last biscoff biscuit. I lifted my cellphone and opened it. I accidentally pressed the pop up chat and opened Pecinta Alam group chat.

Sabina : “ Night guys, we have a few work to do right now”

Eddie : “ Let me guess, helping you to do Mrs.Wiwin homework right? “

Amie : “ Why you don’t ask @Edward , he is the smartest here”

Edward : “ May I help you? @Sabina “

Sabina : “ Noo @Eddie, and @Edward No, but thank you for the offer 🙏🥺 “

Amie : “ Then what do you want to say? “

Sabina sent [ Pecinta Alam Recruitment.docx ] Members opened the file and saw a list.

Eddie : “ Whoa that’s a lot of name “

Edward : “ Is that a list from new students who want to join our extracurricular? “

Sabina : “ As we all know that the extracurricular demo is now done online, which now has the name Peninsula “

Sabina : “ After we did the promotion through yesterday's event, we also got a list of registrants for our extracurricular activities “

Amie : “ Let me guess, surely the registrant quota for our extracurricular exceeds what it should be! “

Eddie : “ How do we choose the members then? “

Ammie : “ Why don't we just do the test via zoom? I think if we do an interview via google form indirectly it could be inaccurate and not in accordance with the criteria in our extracurricular activities “

Tomorrow 

We carry out tests from 8 am to 2 pm through zooming. Some students were unable to attend so we immediately crossed off they from the list. Those who attended also showed their best abilities in carrying out tests and interviews.

You : “ Guys I think we should discuss who going to be the 10 new members! “

Sabina : “ Okay, first Abraham Licoln. I think the way he answer our questions so smart! “

Ammie : “ I couldn’t disagree any more about that 🤩 “

Eddie : “ I’m not sure about that... “

You : “ Why Eddie, I think he is good enough “

Eddie : “  Well, he doesn’t have experience in “ Pecinta Alam “ things “

You : “ Even though he has no experience does not mean he is not reliable in nature activities! “

Sabina : “ OK guys , I think today’s interview doesn’t goes according to what we want to get... “

Edward : “ Guys, many registrants send messages that they want to take the test again because they were in an emergency situation so they cannot take part. “

Ammie : “ What should we do? Do all of you have idea? “

You : “ How about we make a test directly? “

Eddie : “ Pls you want all of us to end up in jail and pay a fine? “

Sabina : “ Yup there are still corona things out there @You “

You : “ Then make a test with the provisions according to the existing protocol “

Eddie : “ We don't have enough budget for all that! @You “

You : “ I have, just use mine “

Ammie : “ Well for a second i forgot that @You had her own buildings since baby “

Edward : “ OK I will make a proposal to school then”

Sabina : “ Thank you Edward “

You : “ All preparation done, May I give you a ride guys? “

Eddie : “ We do love to but we don't want to made our neighbors getting panic with a helicopter like the one you sent yesterday 🙂🙏 “

the next day after the proposal was approved, we carried out tests starting from physical tests and case studies smoothly and getting a list of new members easily.
