Harry Potter Festival in Bandung


1. Vision for the event : a. ultimate goal : - gather all potterhead in Bandung
                                                                                 - raise money
                                                 b. many attendees i hope to attract : 500 people
                                                 c. revenue that i hope from this event : 10 million rupiah

2. Make a team : open recruitment for the team filling the various roles , including those that require specific technical skills. 

3. Event budget : - Venue (room rental(s), security deposit, parking)
                                    - A/V (projectors, Internet/Wi-Fi, speakers, microphones, cameras)
                                    - Catering (bartenders, servers, food, beverages, linens, table settings)
                                    - Marketing (social media marketing software, print materials and design work, registration management software)
                                    - Entertainment (musicians/DJ, speaker fees, associated housing and transportation costs)
                                    - Miscellaneous ( include venue decor, seating, additional event staff, taxes, and fees)
